Malatesta Named in the Top 200 Mortgage Originators in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine
HOUSTON: Kelly Malatesta of Affiliated Mortgage, a division of Benchmark Bank, has been ranked as the No. 64 mortgage originator in the U.S. in 2013 by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Malatesta tallied over $110 million over 394 loans in 2013. She is one of the top brokers in Texas and leads the Greater Houston-area in units and volume.
Malatesta was at J.P. Morgan Chase for 16 years, before leading Affiliated Mortgage Company since 2009. She is featured on KSEV AM700 on a weekly basis.
