Malatesta Ranks in Mortgage Executive Magazine's Top 200 Mortgage Originators in America, #1 in Houston
Kelly Malatesta of Affiliated Mortgage, a division of Benchmark Bank, has been ranked as the No. 82 mortgage originator in the U.S. in 2015 by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Malatesta totaled $117,930,472 million for 348 loans in 2015. She is one of the top brokers in Texas and leads the Greater Houston-area in units and volume.
Mortgage Executive Magazine compiled the most comprehensive list of The Nation's Top 200 Mortgage Originators as ranked by their total yearly mortgage volume. Only loans and volume that originators closed personally could be considered.
Malatesta was at J.P. Morgan Chase for 16 years, before leading Affiliated Mortgage Company since 2009. She is featured on KSEV AM 700 with Steve Drake on a weekly basis.
